What to expect on Sunday morning . . .

The members of Messiah will welcome you! As our mission statement says, we are

    "A family where the Triune God is glorified by all, to all, with our all."

You will find an inviting and warm enviroment. We value being members of our community and want all people in Nampa and the Treasure Valley to know about the infinite love of God.



Three different kinds of worship

At 8:30 the service is more traditional with a printed worship folder, familiar hymns accompanied by the organ, responsive readings and the pastor even wears a robe. Many people are very comfortable with this style.

The contemporary service begins at 11. It is quite informal, more come-as-you-are. The music is upbeat. The keyboard blends with guitar and song leaders. Words to the praise songs and scripture passages are projected on a screen. No robe for the pastor in this service!  

At 11 o'clock in Messiah’s Kids Church your child will learn simple lessons about God, sing praise songs and learning what is involved in worship while interacting with other children and making new friends in a safe, Christian environment. They will join you toward the end of your worship service for a final blessing.

The message of God's love, what he expects of us and how it applies to our everyday life is the same in all worship services--just the setting and delivery is different!
